- The optimization of our operations activities, wherein you'll identify ways in which we can improve productivity.
- New solutions implementation for our business communities, in which you'll evaluate products and work with vendors to ensure our user needs are optimally met.
You will also be in a prime position to quickly grow into a managerial role, wherein you would oversee our team of Network and Windows Engineers, influence the overall Information Technology Enterprise Strategy and drive the planning, design, engineering, implementation and operations of WAN, LAN, Wireless Network, Firewalls, and other related technologies (such as F5 Big IP, etc.) in support of all Arbonne sites worldwide, including Corporate Offices, Call Centers, Sales Offices, Manufacturing and Distribution. Our Requirements
- 5+ years experience supporting an enterprise-scale global network requiring 24/7 support.
- Certification in Cisco technologies at the professional or expert level eq. CCNP, CCSp, CCIE.
- Proven experience with Cisco technologies including 6500 series switches, Firewall Service Module, ASA/PIX firewalls, IPS, Wireless Lan Solutions, ACS, etc.
- Strong track record of demonstrated Engineering and Architecture capabilities.
- Ability to work with and leverage business partners on engineering the best solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze problems and solve them with solutions that meet the needs of the business.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
Preferred, but not required: - Experience with Microsoft Technologies Architecture, Engineering and Administration.
- Certifications in Microsoft technologies.
- Experience assisting with SOX and PCI compliance.

More About Your Role
Reporting to our Senior Director of Infrastructure and Operations (who will be based remotely in our Irvine, California office), you'll join the Technical Infrastructure Team and support our 24/7 global operations as you also help establish a new data center in the Dallas area.
You'll begin with formalized training at our Irvine office, where you'll have an opportunity to meet and connect with the rest of the team and develop an understanding of our current systems and architecture. Once back in Dallas, you'll push to quickly begin championing some of our major initiatives for the year, in addition to taking control of your everyday responsibilities, which will include: - Providing direction and management of a variety of Information Technology services including: Network Architecture, Engineering and Administration; Data Center Design; etc.
- Assuring that our hardware and software systems are properly installed and maintained to support mission critical applications.
- Building core technical competencies in the areas described above.
- Providing technical leadership and architectural input into Arbonne's overall Information Technology Enterprise Strategy.
- Evaluating, designing, building and supporting technical solutions to host NextGen applications.
- Planning and managing infrastructure improvement/enhancement projects.
- Establishing standards, policies, configuration guidelines and procedures for operation and monitoring of our Network Infrastructure.
- Designing, building and managing network/system backup recovery and disaster recovery solutions.
- Managing performance tuning and capacity planning of production systems.
- Optimizing our architecture and maximizing our computing resources.
- Implementing security policy and guidelines and ensuring network/systems are properly secured (authentication, access, encryption, etc.).
- Participating in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals and ensure the effective fulfillment of objectives and deadlines assigned to the group.
- Managing vendor relationships and vendor driven projects.
- Assisting our internal information security team with SOX and PCI compliance.
- Participating in special projects as assigned.
